Thursday - September 16, 2010

2 - 5 PM. Early Registration & Check-In

Beat the crowd and get in a practice round on one of the tournament courses … take advantage of this opportunity to register early then enjoy an extraordinary meal at one of over 15 restaurants operated by Hershey Resorts.



Friday - September 17, 2010

7 - 10 AM. Registration & Check-In

TBD, Hershey Country Club

Last chance for participants to register for the event.  Pick up your participant gift bag, registration packet, and final course assignments. 


8 - 11 AM.  Putting Contest

Putting Green, Hershey Country Club 


NOON - 5:30 PM.  First Round of Competition

West Course, Hershey Country Club

Please plan to arrive a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your tee time to check-in and allow for an ample warm-up.  Non-golf guests can enjoy shopping at the Hershey Outlets or a soothing treatment in the Spa at The Hershey Hotel.


6 - 8 PM.  Welcome Reception

TBD, Hershey Country Club

Players and their guests will enjoy innovative food stations, an open bar, and signature Hershey's desserts!  Mingle with fellow players from across the Mid-Atlantic region and if you’re lucky, take home one of several great door prizes.  Limited open bar included.



Saturday - September 18, 2010

8 AM - 1 PM.  Second Round of Competition

East Course, Hershey Country Club
Shotgun Start

Players will rotate courses as they vie for a coveted spot in the Championship Round.  Please plan to arrive a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your tee time to check-in and allow for an ample warm-up.  Non-golf guests can visit the new Hershey Story: The Museum On Chocolate Avenue or stroll through Hershey Gardens.


1 - 3 PM.  Hershey-Harrisburg Amateur 19th Hole – BBQ Lunch

Main Scoreboard, Hogan Grill & Golf Shop Patio

Players and guests will enjoy lunch and some cold beverages as scores are posted and the excitement heats up -- who will take top flight honors and have a shot at the overall championship?


7 - 10 PM. Golftoberfest – Dinner & Awards

Picard Grand Pavilion, Hershey Country Club

It’s time to celebrate!  Enjoy a wide array of Fall favorites including brats and beer, live entertainment and swapping golf stories with new and old friends alike.  Daily On-Course Contests and Flight awards will be presented.  Limited open bar included.



Sunday - September 19, 2010

8 AM - 1 PM. Final Round of Competition

Players and their guests are invited to enjoy lunch immediately following play as we honor our newly crowned champion.
